We have 03 payment options(as follow):

Option A:

NOT INSTALLED - Delivery at our warehouse or at Seaport of final destination.

(this includes production cost + shipping & customs duties)

50% Down-Payment - Upon Signature of Sales Agreement.

30% After 02 month or when your house is ready to be shipped at country of Origin.

20% Final Settlement - Upon house delivery at our warehouse or at Seaport of final destination.

Option B:

Partially Installed -

(This includes option A + the woodwork assembly cost + the painting of 2 layers of oil tech paint for the external & internal walls + 1 layer of Asphalt paint on roof top under the tiles provided with the house.)

B.1. Cost of the house

50% Down-Payment - Upon Signature of Sales Agreement.

30% After 02 month or when your house is ready to be shipped at country of Origin.

20% Final Settlement - Upon house delivery at our warehouse or at Seaport of final destination.

B.2. Cost of the house assembly

50% Down-Payment  (Before the start of the assembly & upon the signature of the assembly Agreement)

35% as a 2nd Payment (upon assembly completion)

15% as a Final Payment (30 Days after the assembly completion).

Option C:

Turnkey Project -

(This includes in addition to Option A & B + Plumbing + Electricity works (based on standard material available in the  market.)

C.1. Cost of the house.

50% Down-Payment - Upon Signature of Sales Agreement.

30% After 02 month or when your house is ready to be shipped at country of Origin.

20% Final Settlement - Upon house delivery at our warehouse or at Seaport of final destination.

C.2. Cost of the house assembly

50% Down-Payment  (Before the start of the assembly & upon the signature of the assembly Agreement)

25% as a 2nd Payment (upon 50% of assembly completion)

20% as a 3rd Payment (upon assembly completion

05% Final Payment (30 Days after the assembly completion).
